Each individual order equals one dozen (12) INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED COOKIES. Freshly baked Vanilla sugar cookies coated with our delicious made to order Royal Icing, the image is printed directly onto the Royal icing with an edible printer.
▪️Are you cookies fresh?
All our cookies are handmade and baked fresh specially for you right before shipping. We neither freeze dough, nor cookies.
▪️How big are the cookies?
Our cookies measure about 2.5 inches (round, square, fluted square, fluted round), 2.5”x4” (rectangular, fluted rectangular and 2.5”x3.5”. All the cookies are packed individually in a cellophane bag and in an elegant box.
▪️How long are the cookies good for?
Since all our cookies are baked fresh right before shipping, they should be good for about 2-3 weeks from the ship date.
▪️Can I send these as a gift?
You can certainly send these as a gift, we will ship them directly to your gift recipient
▪️Shipping
Our products are sealed and bubble wrapped with extreme care, we don’t control how parcels are handled during shipment, we are not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping carrier, lost parcel, wrong recipients address or any delays that come about during shipping.
Please keep in mind the printer will replicate the quality of the picture you send us, the higher the quality of your picture, the higher quality image that will be printed on the cookies. We will do our best to replicate the print out of your image as close as possible to the original, though there may be some formatting needs to be added to your original picture to be able to print it onto the cookies.
Since your product is a custom made food product, we can not accept returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All sales are final.
